How do I place an order on Cosmolife Nutrition Store?

  • Click on the product and go to the detail page of the product you want to order.
  • Click on the "Add To Cart" button on the product detail page.
    • Click on "Keep Shopping" if you want to add more products to your order by following the above steps.
    • Click on "Proceed To Checkout."
  • Add your personal details, including your address for delivery.
  • Click on "Continue To Payment."
  • Select your Payment Option (Cash On Delivery | Credit Card).
  • Click on "Place Order."

What is the exchange and return policy?

  • Products in original and un-tampered condition can be exchanged or returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • This policy does not apply to products purchased on “Special Offer” and on fridge items.
  • Opened items will not be exchanged or returned.
  • The original receipt is required for the returned item(s).
  • In case of return via courier, the customer will bear the return courier charges. No charges are applicable on return at My Vitamin Store outlets.

How do I process a return or exchange?

  • Inform us about the product you want to return within 7 days of receiving the product by writing to contact@pk with your order number in the subject.
  • Ship the product to our store address (79-M, Lakhani Street, Khalid Bin Waleed Road, Karachi. Ph: 02134520660).
  • Make sure to include the invoice in the return parcel.
  • We will process your return within 3 working days of receiving your return order.

How will I receive the return payment?

  • If the product is shipped back to our store via courier, the payment will be transferred to your online bank account (provide details by emailing at contact@pk).
  • If you return the product by hand at the store, the payment can be returned in cash.

Is there free shipping available?

  • Enjoy Free Shipping across Pakistan on all orders above PKR 2,500.
  • For orders below PKR 2,500, shipping charges apply.

How long does delivery take?

Please allow a maximum of 3 working days for delivery (this may change during special events or situations in the country).

Where will my order be delivered?

Goods will be delivered to the postal address given during check-out.

What payment options are available?

  • Credit/Debit Card: At checkout, select Credit Card as the payment option. Your payment will be processed using ShopPay by Shopify.
  • Cash on Delivery: Payment is to be made at the time of delivery.
  • Online Bank Transfer: Transfer the order payment to our bank account (details below).
