This rosemary oil is steam-distilled from the flowers and buds of the plant. It is a favourite in hair rituals: mixed into a carrier oil and massaged into the scalp, it invigorates and helps hair look and feel stronger.

Its fresh, herbal scent is also lovely in a diffuser. Rosemary oil is concentrated, so always dilute it before it touches your skin.

1. Scalp: mix 3 to 5 drops into a tablespoon of carrier oil, such as argan or olive oil.
2. Massage into the scalp for a few minutes. Leave for at least 30 minutes or overnight, then wash.
3. Use 2 to 3 times a week.
4. Aromatherapy: add a few drops to a diffuser.

For external use only. Do not swallow. Always dilute before applying to skin; patch test first. Avoid contact with eyes. Not recommended during pregnancy or for people with epilepsy or high blood pressure unless advised by a doctor. Keep out of reach of children.
