Track your order

Enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout to see the latest status of your order. You will find your order number in your confirmation email.

What each status means

• Processing: we have your order and are packing it. Orders are processed within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. We may call or message you to confirm.
• Shipped: your order is with our courier. Tracking details are shared by email or SMS where available.
• Completed: your order has been delivered.
• Cancelled: the order was cancelled.

Following your parcel

Once your order is dispatched, we share tracking details by email or SMS where available. Use them on the courier's website for live updates. Delivery takes 1 to 2 working days in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, and 3 to 5 working days in other cities.
